Outstanding nightlife Groove for the 25 crowd! DJs spin the greatest and latest skewed to the taste of a 25 and older crowd. Food is good, staff is even better. Make this part of your itinerary anytime you’re on the Coast!
I've been going to this night spot for 6 years. I love it, its very safe. Security guard tight, if you attempt to fight in here, they will toss you out. Great music; blues, R&B, reggae, Rap, line dancing and great drinks, not watered down... First Fridays of every month, is a nice mix crowd. Check it out.
The owner was absolutely friendly and professional. I felt like I’ve known him forever. I’m from TN and had a lot questions about his catfish and he gave my man and me a catfish 101which was appreciated. The bartender who created this drink called island twist- omgggggg it was absolutely delicious and the drinks were flowing freely all night since we walked in the door. Get you a strawberry island twist & thank me later! They also have hookah service for the patio area only since no smoking is allowed inside. The patios is absolutely amazing and if it rains it’s ok b/c it’s closed off to give an all around experience regardless of the weather. Owner also shared that they have been in business for nearly 20 yrs on Mother’s Day if I remember correctly and his mom definitely raised and instilled greatness in this man. Family vibes for sure and the hospitality was southern-ing!! No complaints there. You will be waiting a while for your order, but it could have been a busy night when I went during cruising the coast weekend so don’t hold that against them. That goes to show that money is flowing and food is being sold to the masses lol. Oh and when you come to Ms Elaine’s establishment don’t dare disrespect her by repping anything other than the NOLA Saints babbbbby lol. Elaine’s is definitely the place to be and I can’t wait to visit again. All of the urban areas around the world needs an Elaine’s establishment. Oh and the cost-It was free to get in b/c we were early and a tab for 2 was under 70 with hookah and 3 rounds of drinks and shots with 1 catfish plate. #WhoDat Ms Elaine’s that’s who!
Nice clean environment, for the older crowd that's not to old to party. Everyone has a good time like adults should, no arguing or fighting. Old school trap music come on everybody clowning and having a good time, plus, it was FREE. FREE FREE FREE. Check it out, only if you want to have a nice peaceful good time with music you can relate to, not the garbage they putting out now
I'm from Missouri and have just moved to Gulfport a week ago. A Google search indirectly lead me to awareness of this place. I was ended up on their Facebook page and saw that it was a place for older crowds. Just what I was looking for. I loved my first experience at this lovely place. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be going back and recommending others to come out as well.
Traveling in from Houston this place reminded me of home. Nice atmosphere, great music and a grown crowd. The patio was a great place to take a break from the dancing and cool off.
Elaine's is my go-to nightlife spot to go to on the Mississippi GulfCoast. A fun and safe atmosphere is always maintained.
